On Feb. 13, Ilise Benun of Marketing-Mentor.com conducted a workshop with the Graphic + Media Design seniors as part of their Portfolio Preparation class. Her presentation outlined self promotion and networking strategies as well as other job search tips. Ilise has written several books including The Designer’s Guide to Marketing and Pricing (HOW Design Books, Spring 2008) and The Art of Self Promotion, which class members received after Ilise’s talk.
